Ninja Song Part II (2022 mix)

I revisited the mix to this track in 2022, and put a bit more time into the post-production of the vocals. This is the version that is on the "2013-2022 Collection" compact disc. This version also has all of the "shits" taken out and replaced with "shhs".

I wrote "Ninja Song Part II" when I was at the University of Vermont in early 2004. That was before I knew how to use a gameboy as my band so I recorded it with just the acoustic guitar, and it was pretty much only the first half of the song (up through the second chorus). It never felt finished to me. Years later, in 2015, I was asked to put together a single for the blog Weekly Treats, so I wrote the lyrics for the outro and transposed it to the gameboy and hit record. Now it's one of my favorite songs to play. Lil Jon rules.
